Sigmoid® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s). Returned merchandise must have been purchased online at the Sigmoid® store www.sigmoidcurve.com, and not a 3rd party seller.
Returns Process
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be in original condition. Please include your packing slip/invoice as proof of purchase
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival, any returns which do not pass our inspection (i.e., not in original condition) will not be refunded and the customer notified.

The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by Sigmoid®. Sigmoid® is not liable for any item(s) lost in transit, so please send (post/courier) via a tracked service.
Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving the returned item(s) via the same method used for payment.
